STAFFING:  HR CHALLENGES WITHIN THE
CORPORATE FLIGHT DEPARTMENT

The PNBAA fall general board meeting and luncheon is scheduled for November 10thfrom 11:00 to 1:00 at Seattle's Museum of Flight.  Sheryl Barden of Aviation Personnel International and Craig Foster of Jet Professionals will discuss HR challenges within the corporate flight department.  We strongly encourage PNBAA members & other attendees to invite the Human Resource and Recruiting partners from your respective companies to this highly informative event.  Sheryl will discuss key HR issues for flight department employees and dynamics of the current labor pool.  Craig will compliment these subjects with a discussion of flight department part-time and contract employees. This “elastic work force” has unique requirements that are sometimes misunderstood which could impact safety, liability, risk management, compliance and general exposure for your corporation.  Following the presentation, Sheryl, Craig and attorney Katheryn Bradley of Lane Powell will host a question and answer session.  Please visit the PNBAA website for additional details and guest speaker biographies.
